Question : scecli 1704 causes application to hang

Environment is sbs2003 client PC are windows XP Pro
Using an SQL based apllication which hangs about 4 PC's all around 9.30 AM
checked event log on server and no problems, have noticed the PCs all receive a
SCeCli  event 1704 Security Policy objects has been applied succesfully.
Just after this the application will hand and the user has to force shut down the application and restart.

I suspect this is was cusing the problem
is there Any way of changing when group policy has been applied to just startup and shutdown??

Hi,

Is your server multi homed?  (more then one ip address)
Are the server and clients in the same subnet?

For delaying GPO: KB277543

You should fix the underlying issue though.
If you do a gpupdate /force on the client does the network get interupted on that machine?
