Question : regarding installation of macromedia dreamweaver 8.0

1)Is it purely 100 % free software ? is the version available for download from reputed sites such as www.soft32.com, www.brothersoft.com fully functional ?

2) During the course of the installation I have seen people entering a key value(16 letters), will we be required to enter that value while we download the software from the above mentioned sites ? If yes,
will the key value be supplied along with the installation files ?
