Question : Has anyone seen this icon before?

I have a client machine running Windows XP/SP3 that has the attached icon showing up on the taskbar.  I cannot identify it and cannot delete it.  it does nothing when you left or right mouse click on it.  I see nothing in msconfig/startup that is associated with it.  Task manager shows no unknown apps or processes that it may belong too.

It doesn't appear to be impacting the system performance in any manner, but it definitely should not be there.

Running a malware scan now, but nothing thus far.
Anyone recognize it?

<<The problem now is that I cannot reference the MDB via a full pathname.>>

As long as you have List Folder at the parent and down to the folder where the DB is, you should be set.

<<I know there is a 'Bypass Traverse Check' in the Local Security profile. If I remove the bypass for Power Users will the folder permissions then become effective?>>

Sorry, don't know the answer to that.
