Question : setup web server?

Hi

Please help me to setup web server. I have a windows server 2003, now, how to make it becomes web server? It doesnt has CD rom, I cant install IIS etc. Is there any link to download it? Complete pack.

I want to install XAMPP to make a server, is it ok? Its familar for me.

I just want to run wordpress site, support php, mail, etc... like shared hosting. Please tell me the steps to do it.

I'll ask you alot of questions here because I'm newbie. Dont know anything about server.

firewall issue?  you could test with a google smart host or hotmail (if you have their accounts).  Really there isn't a whole lot to IIS smtp.
