Question : SBS 2008 / Exchange 2007 intermittent email delivery issues

SBS2008 / Exchange 2007 - Freshly migrated from SBS2003.

One of user sometimes doesn't get email from some people. Exchange message tracking shows that email was received and delivered. It's intermittent and only one user. No rules in Outlook, nothing in Junk folder

any clues if this is a SBS bug something?
