Question : How Do I retrieve information from a website contact form

I designed a website utilizing Publisher 2007 and I am having trouble retrieving the information inputted via a contact form on the website. I have tried emailing it to an email account and having the info sent to a file on the web server. Nothing appears to work for me. the website is: www.rivera-brownpdc.org. I have activated the Front Page extensions. The site is being hosted by Yahoo.
