Question : Client's protection in Symantec systems center v.10.0.0.2.2000

Symantec systems center is installed on Windows 2003 server. All the workstations in the domain are not protected from the server.  We can not load client list snap-in: the following error message is coming up "Symantec Antivirus could not configure NYCDC001 Client auto protect". i.e. NYCDC001 is the name of our server.

Please help.

It looks like the management console isn't installed properly.  I'd try either downloading the latest version (if you have support) or performing a repair.  If neither prove successful, uninstall the console and reinstall.  It just sounds like the snap-in is corrupt or the console installation.
