Word is not a desktop publishing tool, so there is no option to lay out your document over several pages.
Depending on your printer driver, though, there may be an option to use when you set up the print command. If your printer allows for printing multiple pages on one sheet, look if there is also a Poster option, where you can select the poster size. The maximum I have found on our big beefy office printer is a 4x4 setting. My printer also offers to add crop marks, because the printed A4 pages will need to be cut to size (because no office printer can print all the way to the paper edge).
