Question : Cant login to Citrix server remotely (PS 4.5)

Just set up a new server and everything has gone well. I can log into the published desktop from within our network but when I try using the web plugin remotely it basically tries to login but then comes up with a Windows login prompt. If I try my login I get two errors:

1. You do not have access to this published application
2. Something about needed remote desktop user rights

Domain users are in the remote desktop user group
I have given myself access to the publish desktop
I have checked tscc.msc and found the ICA-TCP is set to use the the same login credentials so I am a bit lost as to where to look next.
