Question : SbS2003 server with Email Spamming issue

I have a SBS 2003 server that is genersting email spam
i have created a smtp connectio for the @wswtv.com domain as i am getting approx 100 ndrs for this domain every 30mins
i have run a AV scan and notjing found
i have restricted my smtp server to only allow its onw ip to mail outbound

I have rerouted the MX record for thios domaon to another server and closed the firewall port 25 to see if the mail is internally generated rather then a external attack on the server and still i get the mail queues buiding up
the 2 domain that seam dominate are dudki.ru and @wswtv.com

can anyone  suggest a clan up method

Please look at the queues and tell me who the senders of the emails are.  This is the most important part.
