Question : Will a P2 card for Panasonic cameras fit and download in an express 54 or 35 slot?

I have a Panasonic camera that uses P2 cards to record video. I also have a reader from Panasonic that reads the cards.  I want to buy a new laptop and I see one that has and Express 54/34 slot. Will the P2 card fit and download? I just don't want to haul my card reader with me to locations.

Express Card is NOT the same as a P2/PCMCIA slot - you'd need a laptop with an older PCMCIA/PCCard slot.

This is based on the information found in the wikipedia article on P2 stroage:
"The cards can also be used directly where a PC card slot is available, as in most notebook computers, as a normal disk drive, although a custom software driver must first be loaded."

You can get adapters, but I suspect they are just as big as your reader.
