Question : Exchange 2010 and ActiveSync

We are migrating from Exchange 2003 enterprise to Exchange 2010 enterprise. Neither server are domain controllers. We have moved some mailboxes to 2010 and they are able to get to their mailboxes via OWA. However, several different phones are not able to get sync to their mailboxes.
We have a certificate from godaddy and when connecting via OWA there are no errors.
We have seen several different approaches from searching the web but nothing is working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
