Question : Blackberry enterprise activation: Cannot find server
I have a user in xyz.contoso.com. When this user tries to activate his handheld he gets error message "Cannot find server". On my BES his profile is in "Intialise" status and new activation password has been set, however due to some reason server is not able to read his mailbox i guess.
I deleted, purged his profile and recreated from scratch still no luck. Its ironic though same provedure did the trick for a user in abc.contoso.com.
I have tried moving his mailbox, and recreating his profile and removing battery too.
Any other ideas for same?
