Question : Design not showing in Visual Studio

I have an ASP.NET web application that I am working on.  All of the controls are in a form.  For some reason, the form is not visible in desiner view.  All of the controls are there, I know for a fact since they show up and work properly when I am in debug mode.  I am now looking to make changes to the design, but I cannot see it and I don't know how to get back to viewing everything.  This certainly is strange, I don't think anyone has ever seen this before, but any and all help is greatly appreciated.  All I see when in Designer view is a blinking cursor at the top-left corner of the screen.

did you try removing your style block or moving it to bottom of page as suggested in the link?
once you do that save the page ...close it and open it again
