Question : Exchange 2007 and confirmation upon opened e-mail
Hi!
We recently migrated from GroupWise to Exchange and I have a simple question, really..
When we were using GroupWise, you could always tell (With internal recipients, naturally) when the recipient opened his or her e-mail by just checking the properties of the e-mail without user intervention. This was particularly useful when sending out to a large number of users just to check who actually read the messages and when.
This is possible with Exchange 2007 with the exception that the recipient has to accept that a receipt is sent to the sender that he or her has read the e-mail.
Is it at all possible to enable this kind of e-mail tracking on Exchange 2007, so that the sender can verify that the recipient has read the e-mail without requiring user intervention?
