Question : One user Exchange 2007 cannot send external email

I have one user that can send mail internally, but when she sends a external message it does not go out. There is no NDR, it just sends and never gets delivered. I'm not sure how to track the message through the server to see whats happening to it.

Why is it going to catchall ?

did you setup a catchall account in exchange ?

I think you have setup a catchall account where all recipient's which are not resolved goes to this catchall account.

 Error should be 5.1.1 DSN (invalid recipient)

Go on Exch Management Console > Org > hub transport
See what transport rules you have there ?
