Question : Visual Studio opens blank page first

In Visual Studio 2008 When I do a CTRL+F5 to build without debugging, it FIRST loads a abourt:blank page...and then my start page after I close the blank page.

Little help here?

Sorry, I don't know what's going on but....something similar reported here:

Someone is suggesting to disable all add-ins.

did you try unistall---> reinstall of IE8?
