Question : Linux under virtual box

Hi,

I just installed linux (ubuntu server 32 bit) as an os inside virtual box under windows xp. I'm having a couple of issues:

1) The blinking cursor is about the most annoying I've ever encountered.  How do I turn it off?
2) How do I make the virtual screen size larger?  I enlarge the virtual box window, but the linux shell size doesn't grow with it.

Answer : Linux under virtual box

1. the cursor blinking does not sound like a setting. Do u have the VirtualBox tools installed on the system?
2. To make the window larger you need to change the resolution in the linux operating system itself. And then resize the VB window.
