Vbs to use outlook to email and check each users membership whose names are in a txt file and email

Can anyone help with a script that can query each user in a txt file and get his membership and email it to the user.
This should happen to only mail enabled users

Entity Framework is a part of ADO.NET and LINQ is a querying tool. There are two separate things. You can use LINQ with EF, but one is not replacing the other.
