Question : Dell 5310n - Additional tray not showing in printer settings

Hi there,

I have been given a 5310n printer and an additional 500 page tray (Tray 2). The printer works well and in the web browser config pages and the LCD display of the printer itself the 2nd tray shows up as OK and it will also print from it if you specify it as the default on the printer.

The problem is that tray 2 shows as unavailable on the printer settings in Windows. I want my users to be able to choose which tray they print from as they will store different paper.

Any ideas how I can get windows to recognise the 2nd tray?
