Question : how to see Public folder in address book window

hi all we have Mail server 2003 and outlook 2003 clients, some of the users can not see the public folder in there address book.

what i mean is when the press TO in new email and instead of GAL they select Public folder nothing comes up how can i fix this, they can see the contacts in Public folder on the navigation panel.

Have the users that don't see the public folders in their address book set the public folders to show as an address book?  To do that

1.  Find the public folder
2.  Right-click it and select Properties
3.  Click the Outlook Address Book tab.
4.  Check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book"
