Question : Can I hide a rule created in a users outlook?

We need to monitor email from a specific user. We would like to create a rule to forward all email to and from a specific email address and then forward a copy of the email to another mailbox. The key is the user is not aware this is happening.

Hi,

The issue is caused by the WebService Directory.

- As you said "our internal domain name is an actual domain name that we do not own". This is causing the issue.

- Refer this article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940726 and point the URL to proper URL.
