Question : How to get my dropdown boxes to update immediately?

PROBLEM
Dropdown boxes do not update quickly on frmAHA_NEW_VER1

DESCRIPTION
When the user click any of the command buttons (on form: frmAHA_NEW_VER1) to populate any of the dropdown boxes, the dropdown boxes do not populate until the DB is compacted and repaired.
