DATASTORES
Storage1:       Capacity: 464.50 GB (255.25 GB free)
NETWORKS

Prior to installation of ESX two RAID was configured:
Drive A ¿ Raid 1 (two 500Gb HDD) total Storage =500 Gb
Drive B ¿ Raid 5 (Six 500Gb HDD) total storage = 2.3 Tb
ESX operating system and Datastore 1 are on Drive A
Now I need to use Drive B and apparently ESX is not able to see the drive, if I go to  / Configuration / Storage / Add Storage / Disk-LUN / I don’t see any available disks

I have also tried to delete and create the Raid 5, and still the same problem.
Under  / Configuration / Storage / view by devices, I see two Disks.
Disk LUN 0, 465 Gb, It is working fine. All description seems to be fine

But  on the second disk, capacity is in 0b

Where is my problem?

Answer : ESX 4, Can not add datastore

The issue is with the 2.3TB Array. You cannot have a datastore more than 2TB-512MB, basically make it 1.99
