Question : Get out of paper message on HP P2035n when printing in landscape mode

When I print in landscape mode to an HP P2035n laser printer from Access 2003 I get a message that displays telling me to load the paper in the printer and press Go after paper is loaded.  After pressing Go, the document prints fine.  The message screen also shows printer out of paper.  Of course, the printer actually has paper in it, but it prompts every time I print a report in landscape mode.

I tried configuring the printer in both USB and TCP/IP and it behaves the same in both connecitvity methods.  The operating system is Windows XP for USB and Windows SBS 2003 when connecting via TCP/IP.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
