Question : Change menu item background color via css.

Hello
This should be a very basic css solution -- however I can't seem to be able to use firebug to help me figure out how to do it.
Please look at this development site, work in progress:
http://freevanrentals.com/
In the top blue menu bar, click on Fleet   Then click on the drop down item named "15 Passenger Van Rental".
In the drop down, when you hover your mouse over the words "15 Passenger Van Rental" the background behind the words become whitish.   I want the background color to remain the blue (with the white letters).    The blue should be #0F4372.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
