Question : ASA - Startup and Running Config discrepency

I noticed the following lines in the running config that are not in the startup config;

call-home
 profile CiscoTAC-1
  no active
  destination address http https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DD

I do not have access to the box - only the output.  The cryptochecksum is identical.  Why would I see those lines in the running config, but not the startup config?

That's a good question since the actual documentation for the call-home function shows copying the running config to the startup config.
