Question : Need excel formula

I am trying to help an office worker and  need an If statement:

If A1 or A2 has a "1" in either or, then A3, needs to automatically be blank

If A1 or A2 is blank, then A3, needs to automatically have a 1in it.

Here is what we have so far: =IF(B8=1,"",IF(A8=1,"",IF(A8="",1,IF(B8="",1))))

Firefox does not cache SSL sessions.
If you want to clear out the SSL certificates do this:

Tools > Options > Advanced > View Certificates > Select the certs in question & hit Delete
