Question : Image Resizing in Adobe Photoshop or Gimp
I have a simple image and I do not know how to resize the image in a way that does not impact the width but does change the height.
The image is currently 2400 x 808.
I need the image to be 600 x 200 however whenever I go into the image size and change it manually it comes back with 600 x 202.
How do I change images so that they can be set to those specific sizes without having the other range either height or width change.
I tried cropping the edges but could not get that to work either. Any support is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In photoshop, go to image resize an make sure that 'Constrain Proportions' isn't selected.
