Question : Gericom Notebook charger enters in short protection how to fix it?

I have a Gericom notebook which does not start anymore, when I connect the charger the LED on the charger starts flashing and nothing happens, the notebook does not start. I did not use the notebook for 4 months until this problem happened.

What I have tried already without any success:
- I have Removed the battery and I have tried to start it without the battery and connected the charger.
- I have pressed the power buttonon the notebook more than 10 seconds.
- I have tried anoher charger from an Asus notebook with the same voltage, but a hgher mAh
- I have tried the charger with another notebook and it works.
