Question : Copying a sheet from one file to another without opening either in Excel

Experts,

Is there a way to copy a sheet from one workbook into another without opening either workbooks due to their huge size? Through VBA of a third workbook. Or to that matter, through VB/C# using VSTO.

I do not know why you need h-file, but if you will make it, then you will need to add:
#include "header_file_name.h". And in this h-file you may have only function signatures:
void display();
