Question : Problem scanning since installing Norton Internet Security 2010

We have a Canon IRC3580 printter/copier/scanner and since replacing McAfee with NIS 2010 we cannot scan from the Canon to the PCs.

We get the message on the Canon panel "Error - PCname".

No dialog boxes offering to allow the scanner.

Any ideas??

Answer : Problem scanning since installing Norton Internet Security 2010

Another thing to try is to disable the Norton Security Features and firewall and see if it starts working again.
