Question : Project Center cannot access the project(s) you are trying to view in PWA

I have recently run into an error when accessing Project Cetner in PWA:

Project Center cannot access the project(s) you are trying to view. It is most likely that you either don't have permissions to view the project, another user has deleted this project(s) before you were able to view it or that another user is in the process of publishing the project.

Nothing has changed with my server. I have tried to follow other solutions that include unchecking compression in IIS but noticed that the option was already unchecked. I can't figure this out. My older custom views for Project Center seem to work fine. It's the out of the box views that seem to be experiencing this issue. Help!

Answer : Project Center cannot access the project(s) you are trying to view in PWA

Using filter is just a method to identify the project plan.
By default admin should be able to see all the projects.

Since the issue is not occurring with letter H, that leads to  focus on previous letter
Run following query on Published database and get the list of Projects in published database

select Proj_Name from MSP_Projects

Copy and paste the result in excel and sort the data in ascending order

Once get the list focus on project Name starts with A to G

Also check IIS compression settings on Office Server Web Services, it should be unchecked
