Question : VPN Gigabit router suggestion

I am upgrading our small office network to gigabit and also thinking of having hardware VPN option to access the network from home. We have Comcast smc 8013wg cable modem. We have around 10 workstations and we might add a couple in the future. Wireless connectivity is not that important.

Please suggest a best solution. Either VPN router and Gigabit switch combination or integrated solution.

My rule of thumb, do not get any 2in1 deals unless they are modular; so go with a chassis for each device.
