Question : Grant Permissions to a user for access of everyone's calendar

Our company would like to grant our administrative assistant rights so she can view everyones calendar and see what they're doing and where they're at as she sets up a meeting. That way if someone is out of the building she won't book a meeting directly after the one they have. We have Exchange Server 2003 SP2.

What's the easiest way to go about it? I'm guessing I can create a security group but I'm unsure of what they would need access too.

Answer : Grant Permissions to a user for access of everyone's calendar

You can also ask all users to share the calendar with this user, granting her / him full rights.

If you follow the howtogeek.com link, that will help you explain it to your users on how to grant full permission to this access (if she have to modify there calendars) or just read access would do to.
