Question : HiJackThis file review

Please look over the attached HJT file and suggest changes.  Thanks.  This is a XP Pro, Acer TravelMate 2420 laptop.  It appears to be severely infested.  I have used the free Super AntiSpyware program which found several issues but I still am unable to connect to the web or run any program in "normal" OS mode.  I have used Malwarebytes in Safe mode which did find two issues and they were removed but even after restarting, I end up with the same " big red Antivirus software alert".  Thanks for your prompt response.

Those 2 rogue startup entries need to be disabled so as the hidden rogue process and the hidden folder deleted, they may stop .exes or apps from running.

OR, just run download and save ComboFix to your desktop and run the command using the /KillAll switch which will kill those bad processes. We need to look at the Combofix log  also to make sure all bad files are removed.

Download ComboFix.exe to your desktop.
Disable your antivirus,
After Combofix is saved on your desktop,
From the run box type the following:

"%userprofile%\desktop\ComboFix.exe" /KillAll
