Question : Deleting Windows directory on secondary installation

On my main computer I have three OSes installed: Mac OS X as the main OS, and then I also have XP and Win7 RC installed via Boot Camp. I haven't used the Win7 RC in forever, and I've been using that partition as additional storage space for my XP installation. I'd like to delete the Windows folder to free up some space (it's about 14 GB), but it's not letting me. When I try to delete it, I get an error message:

"Cannot delete FXSEXT.ecf: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."

So I tried removing the Read-Only setting from the Windows folder and all children of it, but I get an access denied on that:

"An error occurred applying attributes to the file: F:\Windows\bfsvc.exe    Access is denied."

I've tried booting into OS X to delete it, I've tried booting into a BartPE disc, and I've tried booting into a linux Live CD but no matter what I try, I can't delete the folder. Does anyone have recommendations on how to do this WITHOUT formatting the partition?

Answer : Deleting Windows directory on secondary installation

Do you have enough space to move the stuff you want to another disk then format it?

Also try a program called unlocker.
