Question : Problem debugging ASP.net applications in Visual Studio 2010
Recently when trying to run ASP.net Applications, I started receiving an error of:
"Attaching the ProteusDebugEngine debugger to process '[9352] WebDev.WebServer40.exe' on machine 'JONATHANDESKTOP' failed. Invalid pointer
I am not really sure what changed on my pc. This error even happens if I start a new asp.net app and do nothing and hit run. Any ideas on that one?
Answer : Problem debugging ASP.net applications in Visual Studio 2010
Ok, I figured it out, I had installed Source Gear's Vault (an older version) and that is what seems to caused the problem. I uninstalled it and it no longer throwing that error.
