Question : How can I get this computer going a little faster?

My computer seems to be running a little slower now.  I went ahead and ran a full scan on Ad-Aware, Malwarebytes, and Super Anti-Spyware.  Nothing was found with those programs.  I just ran HijackThis and have that file attached.  If there is anything that could help that would be great.

It is 'cause the way guid is formatted from CRM. Try this for final :
