Question : Out of Office not sending a reply

When I setup a Out of Office reply in outlook (using Exchange 2007) none of the replies are going out. I have checked the exchange server tracking tools and it is as if they are just not be created. I have also used out OWA to setup a Out of Office reply with the same results.
