Question : How do I get a whole row formatted a certain color using conditional formatting

I have a column with cells that have various values.  Depending on the value in a given cell I would like the row to be formatted a certain color, i.e., "100%" = green, "Recommend Remove" = red etc.  I currently have it working such that the cell is being formatted but not the whole row.
