Question : Placing text in a specifc location in a textbox

I have a number of combo boxs(Source) and I want the user to select specific text from them. Then I want to be able to add these choosen selections to another textbox (destination) in specific locations in the destination textbox.

I realize that the target  textbox may not be the best choice of control for doing this.

Oh, one more question.  What is the desired end result?  To display the value in the text box on a report in the specified format (eg. stacked vertically)?
