Question : Wireless printer keeps dropping connection.
Hello:
I have a Canon MF8170C connected through a Netgear WGR614v10 router, with three computers in an office (one WinXP, the other two Vista). It works fine for several weeks, and then suddenly one or more of the computers cannot print. In Control Panel, Printers, the Canon reads "Not connected." Removing and reinstalling the printer driver restores the printer.
I have replaced the router, but this intermittent problem persists. The WinXP machine tends to work more consistantly, while more often the Vista laptop gets dropped.
