Question : user cant connnect to share drive

I have a user, he is able to see most of the network shares on a server except one.

I have checked all permissions and he has access to all.

The one he cannot access is on the same server as his home drive which he can access. When he clicks on the share it just gives the hourglass.. no errors. Anybody have an idea what could be wrong?

You have to use the computer manager (right click on my computer manage) on the server where the share is and see under the shared folders there are the shares, sessions, and open files. here you can see if there is an existing/stale connection. You could disconnect which may cause an alert to come up on the user's screen.
