Question : php for cygwin/windows

Hi,

I'm wanting to run php in cygwin.  The links I found all seem to suggest this is difficult, but I can't tell how old the links are.  Is that the case?  Any pitfalls?

Can anybody provide a link to download a working copy of php 5 that'll work nicely w/ cygwin?

Sorry, I thought completion should be after registry:
SELECT [dateToLandRegistry]-[dateOfCompletion] AS Expr1, [completion matters].[completion ID], [completion matters].clientName, [completion matters].completedBy, [completion matters].dateOfCompletion, [completion matters].dateToLandRegistry
FROM [completion matters]
WHERE ((([dateToLandRegistry]-[dateOfCompletion])>30));
