Question : Zindus Google and Zimbra contact sync for Thunderbird problem

I've installed Zindus which is Google and Zimbra contact sync for Thunderbird, but I can't get it to work. I set it up and hit "Sync Now" and get the following error.

Sync Failed
Please login to Google and rename some contact groups so that all have unique names. See:
Family
Friends

I have no contacts or groups or anything in Thunderbird as I've only just installed it. And I can't delete or remove these default groups from gmail.

What should I do?

hmm, Do you have any contacts in those Groups in Gmail, if not, try putting at least One contact with an email  into each of the Google Groups. One into Family and one in to Friends.
