Question : PCHelpware

I have setup PCHelpware and was wondering if the product requires the "support agent" to have a static public IP addres?  I can get this to work on my LAN by using my desktop and laptop.  I have configured the software for my desktop IP address.  Since I don't have a public IP address I don't know this will work for me.  Any suggestions?

Have you considered something like LogMeIn.com for this? It allows you to connect remotely to any PC you may have, regardless of where it is (LAN or Internet) and does not care if you have a static IP or not.
