Question : Server 2008 will restart on its own with this error during DC promo to this server

Hello experts
I am migrating my DC to another server with 2008 on it. I ran dcpromo on this new server and replicated all the roles successfully. Restarted the server. When I open the server manager I can see active directory uploaded there. But when I go to Activie directory sites and services
windows has encountered a critical problem and will restart automatically in one minute. Please save any unsaved work now,.

I have checked the Event Log and don't see any error there under application and system log. Please help. Why this server will keep throwing this error after active dierectoty upload? I am getting this error every 5 minutes and it will reboot on its own.

You can try it with the command line tool, schtasks.exe; /s allows you to specify a remote machine, /change will let you edit a task:
