Question : how do I install an OS on my Virtual Machine

I installed Windows Virtual Machine on my 7 professional computer.  It instrall the XP OS perfectly.  Now I have a virtual.vmcx in my choices of machines but it has no OS.  I want to install 7 pro on it.  How?

Sorry, I don't use Google Apps, however when I looked at the website, I saw it mention syncing with Outlook and Blackberry. No reference to TB.
