Question : Outlook 2007 - Exchange 2007 Free-Busy issues

Exchange 2007 direct upgrade from an Exchange 2003 server.
Office 2007

When any user goes to " Tools>Options>Preferences>Calendar Options>Resource Scheduling" they get the following error.
"This folder cannot be opened because there is a configuration problem on the server. Contact your Microsoft Exchange administrator dfor assistance"
